These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Micropath Laboratory website https://micropathlaboratory.com/ and any mobile application published with the same URL on any web store (“Application”) that are the proprietary materials of [Micropath Laboratory] an Indian company having its registered office at Jalan Nagar, Near AMC Gate, Dibrugarh, Assam, and any services provided by Micropath Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as “Micropath Laboratory”, “Company” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Micropath Laboratory is valid for the 3 days from the time and date of invoice generation. After 3 days, the Customer shall not be entitled to claim for Services and the company shall have the right to forfeit the fees already paid in such a case.
Cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company within 24 hours from the time of booking. The Customer can contact us through e-mail id, micropath7@gmail.com in case of cancellation and refund. The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from where payment was made and amount will not be refundable by any other mode.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Micropath Laboratory and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your Internet account.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Assam, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in India, Assam.
Changes to Terms: Micropath Laboratory reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
